• Scrape or extract data from our Platform without written consent

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stayke is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that it will meet your requirements, be error-free, or always available.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months for the service.

9. Governing Law
